Polaroid invented the insane notion that a photo could be viewed instantly after taking it. Prior to polaroids you sometimes had to wait one week (gasp!) after dropping your film at the fotomat before viewing your photos.
Polaroid succeeded in creating a camera that anyone could use instantly. Flash forward to 2000′s and the next logical step was viewing the photo before you took it -as in digital photography. It is a wonder that Polaroid did not lead us into the digital age, but today they are making up for lost time with the introduction of the GL30 Camera.
Quite simply it is a digital Polaroid camera that doubles as a wireless color printer. It has a flip up LCD where you can frame your subject. A creative tool that delivers the best of the digital and physical worlds.
The GL30 Instant Digital Camera will be available later this year, at a price to be announced.
